Today was the first day we’ve cycled three days in a row. All our warm-up rides were two days max, and the last time we did a Beeg Treep was the Tour d’England in 2012 which is a surprisingly (for me) long time ago.
It’s a relief to find we can do three days in a row without our legs turning to spaghetti or our bottoms developing terminal saddle sores.
Another #fear moment put to rest.
BTW we are now routinely allowing 30 mins a day for general getting-lost. People who are looking at the map tell me it is very funny seeing our tracked route going up and down various side streets. Hmm…
